Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Cathedral is thrilled to announce our Children’s Mini-Retreat, a delightful gathering tailored specifically for young souls eager to explore their faith and creativity. Scheduled for Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 1 pm to 5 pm, this mini-retreat promises an afternoon filled with spiritual enrichment, fun activities, and cherished memories.
Designed for children ages 5 to 13 (Kindergarten through 8th grade), our mini-retreat offers a diverse array of engaging experiences catered to various interests and developmental stages. Here’s a glimpse of what awaits your little ones:
- Religion Class: Led by our knowledgeable instructors, children will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of Orthodox Christian teachings through interactive lessons and discussions tailored to their age group.

- Vespers with Procession: The mini-retreat culminates in a beautiful Vespers service with a procession, allowing children to actively participate in the rich liturgical traditions of our faith and experience the profound sense of community and reverence.

The registration fee is $25 per child, and the deadline to register is Sunday, April 7. We kindly ask that all children be registered in advance, as there will be no refunds once registration is complete.
