On Sunday, March 16, Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Cathedral hosted a Lenten Vesper Service, bringing together clergy, parishioners, and guests for an evening of prayer, reflection, and fellowship.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Fr. Nemanja Tešić of St. Nikola Serbian Orthodox Church in Lyons, IL, for his inspiring sermon, which provided spiritual nourishment as we continue our journey through Great Lent.
A special thank you goes to the Circle of Serbian Sisters for preparing a delicious Lenten meal, offering warmth and hospitality to all who attended. The evening was further enriched by the beautiful singing of the SSS Branko Radičević Choir, whose voices lifted our prayers in harmony.
We are grateful to all the clergy, parishioners, and guests who joined us for this special gathering. Moments like these strengthen our faith and our community as we prepare for the glorious Feast of Pascha.
May God bless you all, and we look forward to seeing you at our upcoming Lenten services!
