This Week’s Progress & Tasks

1. Mounting of the Soffit
Construction teams are moving forward with the installation of the new soffit system. This key step will enhance both the aesthetics and functionality of the hall by providing improved lighting options and cleaner ceiling lines.

2. Roof Cutting for New HVAC Units
We are preparing for the installation of new HVAC units that will significantly improve heating, cooling, and ventilation. This week includes oversight of all roof-cutting procedures to ensure precision and safety.

3. Follow-Up With Bricklayer
We continue coordinating with our bricklayer to finalize exterior and interior masonry work tied to the hall upgrades. These improvements will ensure long-term durability and a clean, polished finish.

4. Meeting With ABT: Audio & Video System Setup
A meeting has been scheduled with ABT to design and plan the new audio and video system for the hall. This will dramatically improve sound quality, stage functionality, and support for concerts, programs, and cultural events.

5. Bathroom Improvements: Stall Contractor Meeting
We are arranging a dedicated meeting with the stall contractor to finalize bathroom upgrades. This is an essential part of modernizing the hall and improving comfort for all visitors.
