Today, our Cathedral community prayerfully and joyfully celebrated Children’s Day (Detinjci)—a cherished feast that highlights the blessing of children within the life of the Church and the family. Celebrated in preparation for the Nativity of Christ, this day reminds us that children are a gift from God and a living sign of innocence, hope, and renewal.
The celebration was filled with prayer, joy, and togetherness. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Circle of Serbian Sisters for their love and dedication, and especially to our beautiful children, whose presence brought warmth and happiness to our church.
May the Lord bless our children and their families, and may this feast inspire us all to guide the young toward Christ with faith, love, and care.
