We are thrilled to share the latest updates on our kitchen renovation project! Thanks to your incredible generosity, we’ve raised $158,000 so far, bringing us closer to making this dream a reality.
A special thank you to the anonymous donor who contributed a generous $25,000 matching donation. This was matched by Marija Paunovic with a $25,000 contribution made in honor and memory of Dr. Svetislav Paunovic, honoring his enduring legacy.

Work Progress:
- Plumbing: The old corroded galvanized steel pipes are being replaced with updated plumbing, thanks to the excellent work of Stevo Kotur and Stefan Zecevic.
- Electrical Upgrades: The electrical system is being upgraded to meet new needs and standards, ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and safely.
- Epoxy Flooring: The installation of the new epoxy floor is scheduled to begin Monday of next week.
- Next Steps: After the floor is complete, we will start putting everything back together, including installing the equipment and organizing the space.

- The upgraded kitchen will significantly simplify the work of our dedicated cooks and volunteers.
